摘要
针对铝电解烟气净化系统排烟风门开度控制中存在的非线性、时变及难以建立精确的数学模型等问题,利用模糊控制技术对风门开度进行实时控制,实际生产中取得了很好的效果。
In view of controlling air damper opening degree for ejecting smoke which exists such problems as non-linearity, time-varying and being difficult to build accurate mathematic model, a kind of real-time control air damper opening degree was put forward with fuzzy control technology, and these fuzzy rules were applied in realtime control through control system that PLC is the control center, good control performance is achieved.
