潜孔冲击器试验台电气系统设计

摘要 潜孔冲击器性能检测对于保证凿岩机质量有重要意义。本文主要介绍了潜孔冲击器检测试验台硬件选择和系统软件流程,该试验台使用AT89C55单片机、并行高速采集卡,通过分时存取的方法进行位移、流量、温度、压力等信号的采集并传输给上位机。上位机进行数据处理得到冲击功、冲击频率、耗气量等性能参数,自动记录,并对测试对象作出合格与否判断。 It is the important meaning for ensuring the quality of rock drill to test the performance of DTH hammer he paper introduced the hardware choice and system software flow of A DTH hammer test bench. The bench is configued AT89C55 microcontroller, high-speed data acquisition card and host computer. Based on FPGA Technology displacement, flow, temperature and pressure signals are collected and Wansmised to the host computer in which data are processed to performance parameters such as impact energy, impact frequency, gas consumption, then automatic recorded to judge the test object is qualified or not.
