摘要
介绍了气动凿岩机微机监控运行试验台的基本原理及结构组成。利用该试验台可检测气动凿岩机的冲击频率、钎杆转速、耗气量等参数,以判别凿岩机质量。生产实践表明,使用该试验台检测准确率高,劳动强度低。
The paper describes the basic principle and composition of the test bed using microcomputers to monitor the performances of pneumatic rock drills. The test bed can be used to measure such parameters as impact frequency, r. p. m of a rod and air consumption of pneumatic rock drills to evaluate their performances. The production practice shows that the test bed is characterized by high measuring veracity and low labour intensity.
