摘要
目的:建立中药皂角刺中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法:利用紫外可见分光光度法(比色法),以芦丁为标准品,在510nm处测定吸光度,对粗提取和纯化后的皂角刺总黄酮含量进行测定。结果:以芦丁为标准品,建立了标准曲线的回归方程为y=1.1939x-0.0068,r=0.9999,线性关系在0.053～0.848mg范围内。总黄酮平均回收率为96.7%,RSD为2.02%(n=6)。结论:该法方法简单,稳定性、重现性均良好,结果可靠,可作为皂角刺总黄酮的质量控制。
Objective： To establish ultraviolet spectrophotometry for the content determination of total flavones from Spina Gleditsiae.Methods： Total flavones in Spina Gleditsiae were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at 510 nm with rutin as the reference substance.Results： The regression equation of rutin standard curve：y=1.1939x-0.0068 was established,the correlation coefficient is 0.9999.The linear range for rutin was 0.053～0.848 mg.The recovery rate of total flavones was 96.7%,RSD=2.02%（n=6）.Conclusion： This method is easy to handle with good repeatability,stability and credibility,and is fit to control the quality of total Flavonoids.
