摘要
建立了液相色谱-串联质谱仪测定南美白对虾中敌百虫、敌敌畏残留量的分析方法。样品用二氯甲烷提取,提取液经无水硫酸钠柱脱水后浓缩,用乙腈溶液溶解后加正己烷去脂,下层溶液过膜后,用配有电喷雾电离源的LC/MS/MS测定,采用正离子多反应监测模式,外标法定量。平均回收率敌百虫为81.6%~90.4%,敌敌畏为97.0%~102.6%。相对标准偏差(RSD)敌百虫为3.46%~10.2%,敌敌畏为3.21%~6.43%。敌百虫、敌敌畏的最低检测限均为2.5μg/kg。
A method for detecting residues of trichlorfon and dichlorvos in penaeus vannamei was established by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Samples were extracted with dichloromethane, and the extraction was dehydrated by anhydrous sulfate column and concentrated. The concentrated liquid was dissolved by acetonitrile solution and defatted with n -hexane. The lower solution was determined by LC/MS/MS with ESI, using positive ion multiple reaction monitoring mode. With external standard method, the average recoveries of trichlorfon were 81.6% - 90.4%. The average recoveries of dichlorvos were 97.0% - 102.6%. The relative standard deviations of trichlorfon were 3.46% - 10.2%. The relative standard deviations of dichlorvos were 3.21% -6.43%.
