摘要
分析了高校图书馆外文期刊文献使用现状及存在的问题。指出在数字化和网络环境下,高校图书馆应该转变服务观念,加强为教学科研服务的意识,提高外文期刊馆藏水平,开展导读工作,改变服务方式,提供综合性科技信息服务,提高文献保障能力。
This article analyzes the current situation and problems in the use of foreign language periodical literature in the university library. It points out that in the digital and network environment, the university library should change the concept of services, strengthen awareness of services for teaching and research, improve the level of foreign periodicals collections, provide guidance for reading, change the mode of service, provide comprehensive services for scientific and technological information and improve literature protection ability.
