摘要
通过分析我国引智工作的新形势,以合肥学院为例,提出高等学校引智工作应该在以服从与服务于学校办学定位的前提下将服务地方经济发展作为工作重点,以国际合作项目、外国专家为依托,开展教师交流、学生交流、科研合作等有效的合作项目。发挥外籍专家的工作热情,为地方经济发展服务。以国际学术会议及国际学术研究机构为平台,努力实现学术效益、经济效益与社会效益的最大化。
Taking Hefei University as an example, this paper analyzes the new situation of introducing foreign talents in China and proposes that foreign talents introducing in a university should aim at serving local economic development and be based on subordinating to and serving the managing orientation. Effective programs should be carried out such as exchange of faculties and students, and scientific research cooperation relying on international cooperation programs and foreign experts. With the international academic conferences and research institutes as the platform, foreign experts＇ enthusiasm is to be mobilized for serving local economic development and academic, economic and social benefits are to be maximized.
