摘要
我国二十多年引智工作的实践证明,中外合作办学是一种有效的引智方式。它促进了国际交流与合作,具有较强的经济性,符合中国国情。它提高了引智层次,有较强的可操作性。政府的管理部门已相继出台了许多政策给予肯定,预计在今后相当长的时间内,中外合作办学会得到空前的发展。
The practice of our country has proved that it is a high-efficient way of introducing intelligence for sino-foreign education cooperation. It has promoted international exchange and cooperation and has stronger economy; accord with the China＇s actual condition. It has improved the level of introducing intelligence and has stronger effectiveness. Administrative department of government has issued a lot of policies which pay the affirmation in success already, estimating in quite a long time in the future, the sino-foreign education cooperation will go through and learn to get unprecedented development.
