新型无卤阻燃聚烯烃泡沫塑料的制备 被引量:1

Preparation of New Type of Halogen-Free Flame-Retardant Polyolefin Foam Plastic

摘要 采用乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)对低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)进行改性,制备阻燃聚烯烃泡沫塑料.在质量比为60:40的LDPE/POE发泡体系中,探讨无卤阻燃剂Mg(OH)2对材料性能的影响,以及红磷,MCA(氰尿酸三聚氰胺)和有机硅等3种协效剂对聚烯烃阻燃发泡体系的阻燃性能和力学性能的影响.结果表明:LDPE/POE发泡材料的力学性能和加工性能随着Mg(OH)2的加入而降低;而密度、氧指数随着Mg(OH)2用量的增加而上升;红磷、有机硅和MCA的加入均有利于提高Mg(OH)2的阻燃效率.最后,通过正交设计实验得到最优协效阻燃剂配方(质量比),即Mg(OH)2:红磷:有机硅:MCA为60:6:6:15. The flame-retardant polyolefin foam plastic was formed by using low density polyethylene(LDPE) modified by ethylene-octene copolymer(POE).When the mass ratio of LDPE/POE foam system was 60∶40,the effects of halogen-free flame retardant(magnesium hydroxide),red phosphorus,MCA(melamine cyanuric acid) and organic silicon on mechanical properties and flame retardant properties of the flame-retardant polyolefin foam were discussed.The results showed that mechanical properties and processing properties reduced with increasing Mg(OH)2 content while the density and the oxygen index increased.The addition of red phosphorus,MCA(melamine cyanuric acid) and organic silicon could inprove the Mg(OH)2 flame retardant efficiency.Finally,an optimal flame-retardant synergist formula was obtained by orthogonal experiment,i.e.,the mass ratios of Mg(OH)2∶red phosphorus∶organic silicon∶MCA were 60∶6∶6∶15.
