摘要
在添加阻燃增塑剂磷酸三苯酯(TPP)降低熔点的基础上,使材料在合适的温度熔融发泡制备了几种不同阻燃剂含量的阻燃聚乙烯泡沫塑料。采用毛细管流变仪研究了阻燃剂添加前后交联和未交联可发泡母粒的流变特性,结果表明:阻燃增塑剂TPP的添加使阻燃可发母粒和普通可发母粒在相同温度下具有基本相同的表观黏度。扫描电子显微镜照片可以看出阻燃剂的加入没有明显改变聚乙烯泡沫塑料的泡沫结构和形状;锥形量热仪的HRR、THR、TSR和质量损失等指标都表明阻燃剂的加入使聚乙烯泡沫塑料获得了良好的阻燃效果;并且,采用扫描电子显微镜观察了阻燃泡沫塑料燃烧后的残留物,发现残留中存在气泡结构的炭层。
Several flame retarded polyethylene foam composites were prepared via mold compounding in one step. Rheology studied by a capillary rheometer showed that the addition of TPP could decrease the non-Newton index and increase the liquidity obviously. So the foaming process could be finished at the adequate temperature fit for the foaming agent. The results of the CONE showed that the addition of the flane retardants improved the foaming composites flame ability greatly. The SEM imagines of the residuals after burning showed that there were layers of porous carbon formed.
