摘要
为提高烟草中蛋白质的分析速度,对流动分析法中蛋白质的前处理过程进行了改进,即用萃取除可溶性氮代替加热.并对检测结果进行了比较,结果表明:用萃取代替加热在批量检测时可大幅减少操作强度,蛋白质的回收率为94.9%~102.9%,变异系数小于2.77%;检测结果与文献方法无显著性差异,可用于批量烟草样品中蛋白质含量的快速分析.
The preparation for enzymolysis-Autoanalyzer of protein in tobacco was improved to increase the analytic rate, extraction instead of heating. The results from extraction separation and heating were compared. The results indicated that, instead of heating using extraction separation can be a substantial increase in volume of tobacco sample pretreatment rate, the average recovery of starch was 94.9%-102.9%, RSD 〈 2.77%. And the test results with the original method was no significant difference, It could be applied in bulk tobacco samples rapid analysis of protein in tobacco.
