摘要
我国的高职继续教育在发展中处于办学定位与目标不够准确、教学质量有待提高、教学改革有待加强、师资队伍不稳定、社会认可度有待加强等困境之中。这些困境的出现,一方面是由于有关教育政策约束限定了高职继续教育发展,另一方面也是传统精英教育思想影响了高职继续教育的社会认可度,还有管理体制也制约了成人教育发展。为此,高职院校应高举终身教育大旗,正确理解高职定位,深入推进教学改革,建立质量保障体系,实现高职继续教育的良性发展。
China’s vocational continuing education is facing difficulties,such as fuzzy teaching objectives,superficial teaching reform,unstable teachers.It causes by several reasons such as constrain of education policy in its development,the traditional elite education ideas and the restrictive role of the management system.This paper suggestes that the development of adult education publicize lifelong education,reform teaching,establish a quality assurance system.
