摘要
目前我国大学生志愿服务活动存在诸多问题,为使志愿活动健康发展,构建大学生志愿服务长效机制势在必行,而大学生志愿服务长效机制的构建需要满足两个基本条件:制度体系与"动力源"。
Currently in regard to college students volunteer service activities, there exist many problems,thus building the long-term mechanism of the Student Volunteer Service is imperative,which refers to two basic conditions： the institutional system and the ＂powersource ＂.
