摘要
进一步加强和推进志愿服务长效机制建设是北京城市学院不断探索的新时期课外育人机制和实现德育目标的有效路径。本文通过研究北京城市学院志愿服务工作的基本概况,分析了志愿服务长效发展的困难及社会环境,从组织管理、志愿者注册认证、服务保障与激励、资金管理与项目运作等多方面,对如何进一步加强和推进志愿服务长效机制建设进行了初步探索。
Based on Beijing City University in practice,the research deals with further strengthening and promoting the long-effect mechanism volunteer services as an effective way of its moral education.The paper provides a brief account of the volunteer work in this University,analyzing the difficulties of long-term development for volunteer services in current social environment.It also discusses how to strengthen and promote long-effect mechanism of volunteer services from the perspectives of organization management,volunteer authentication,service guarantee,registered capital management,volunteer incentive,and project operation,etc.
