摘要
目前模糊语言广泛应用于多种商务信函中,模糊语言的使用在很大程度上提高了语言交际能力,使商务信函更加准确、礼貌、得体,从而实现和对方良好的沟通,以达到目的。本文分析了国际商务函电的特点,阐述了模糊语言应用的优势与必要性,要求大家在正确的原则基础上,合理使用模糊语言来使商务交际更准确、更灵活、更礼貌、更有效。
Business letters play an important role in trade line. To achieve positive effect, we usually apply vague language to improve ability of communicating in order to make the business letter more correct and polite. This paper points out the advantage and necessity of business letters in the international trade. Applying vague language properly is necessary to conclude transaction more exactly, flexibly, politely and effectively.
