摘要
为满足导弹装备实验教学的需要,建设导弹弹体虚拟实验室。导弹弹体虚拟实验软件可模拟各操作号手的视觉/听觉感受,并可设置各类故障训练操作号手分析、排故能力。为保证虚拟实验室的有效运行,一方面必须组建好人才梯队,不断追踪装备发展,积极融入技术准备全流程培训;另一方面,要不断完善实验开放制度,建立健全学员实操评价机制,并正确处理虚拟实验和实装训练的关系。
To meet the needs of missile experimental teaching, the missile body virtual laboratory is constructed. Missile body virtual laboratory software can simulate visual / auditory experience of each operator, and can set various failures for training operators to master troubleshooting capabilities. To ensure the effective operation of the virtual laboratory, on the one hand, talented person echelon should be set up, which keeps track of equipment development, and actively participates in training of the whole technical preparation process, on the other hand, opening experimental regime should be continuously improved, the evaluation mechanism of practical operation for students should be established, and the relationship between virtual experiments and actual equipment training should be handled correctly.
