Experimental teaching system of mechanical engineering testing technology

摘要 针对"机械工程测试技术"知识抽象、理论性强、实验资源匮乏、教学效果不佳等一系列问题,提出了以虚拟仪器代替传统仪器,加大实验在教学过程中的比重,利用计算机与网络技术实现实验资源共享等解决方案。结合该课程具体的实验内容和要求,通过软件的开发和多功能实验台的搭建,设计了一套集机械测试和虚拟仿真为一体的综合教学实验系统。该实验系统内容丰富、操作灵活、可重复性强,有助于学生对课程知识点理解和掌握。 Aiming at a series of issues about "Mechanical Engineering Test Technology," such as abstract knowledge, high theoretical level, lack of experimental resources and low performance of teaching, it is proposed that using virtual instruments to replace the traditional instruments, increasing the proportion of experiment and using computer and network technology to share experimental resource. A comprehensive experiment system including virtual simulation and mechanical testing is designed by developing software and flexibly operating multifunction test bench. Specific content and requirements of the experiment are also considered. This experimental system is well known for its rich contents, flexible operation and strong repeatability. It is helpful for students to understand and master the knowledge points.
