摘要
研究了北豆根种子不同处理方式对出苗率及植株农艺性状的影响。结果表明,室外砂藏、冰箱冷藏、赤霉素浸种均可提高北豆根的出苗率,室外砂藏处理的种子出苗时间比其它处理提前8~10d,出苗整齐、出苗率最高,达83.3%;室外砂藏和冰箱冷藏处理对株高、茎粗、根茎粗和根茎重的增长影响与其他处理相比达到极显著或显著差异,其中以砂贮处理为最好。
The effect on rate of emergence and growth of plant from different treatment with Menispermum dauricum DC. seeds were studied in this paper.Three ways which were seeds being stored with sands out of room,being stored in refrigerator and being soaking with GA3 solution could increase the emergence rate. The seeds were stored with sands out of room could caused seedling stage coming ahead of less 8 days than other five treatments. And, The rate of emergence was up to 83.3 % which was higher than other five kinds of treatment. The data about gro^h of plant were analysed by statistical analysis software. The results showed plant length, rhizome weight and rhizome diameter were in highly sig-nificant correlation with seeds being stored with sand. And the plant length, rhizome weight and rhizome diameter were in significant correlation with seeds being stored in refrigerator. In conclusion, the seeds being stored with sands was the best treatment.
