摘要
用乳状液膜法从北豆根中提取了北豆根总碱．对外相ｐＨ、内相盐酸浓度、表面活性剂及其用量。
The total alkaloid of Beidougen was separated from Beidougen by emulsion liquid membrane.The separation conditions, which involved pH of the external phase, HCl concentration of the internal phase,surfactant, its quantity to be used,extraction time,and stirring speed, were investigated and optimized.
