摘要
设计并实现了适用于皮卫星的小型化、低功耗、高灵敏度及高动态范围的新型S波段微型测控应答机。该机采用了软件无线电的设计思想,并由分频式数字锁相环合成各级本振,具有模块化、灵活性强及简单可靠等优点。整个测控应答机在16.5 cm×10 cm的一块印制电路板上实现,实际测得功耗约为4.5 W,发射功率为26 dBm,1 kHz环路带宽下的接收灵敏度为-136 dBm,整机的动态范围大于80 dB,可满足轨道高度小于1 000 km的低轨皮卫星的测控需求。
A New S-band small volume, low power consumption, high receiver sensitivity and high dynamic range micro-transponder is designed and implemented for pico-satellite. The transponder is based on software defined radio,and uses digital integer-N phase locked loop chips for frequency synthesizer. The whole architecture has advantages of modulability,flexibility and simplicity. Implemented on a 16.5 cmxl0 cm printed circuit board,the transponder was tested with the performances of 4.5 W power consumption,26 dBm transmit power,- 136 dBm receiver sensitivity under the condition of 1 kHz loop bandwidth,and more than 80 dB receiver dynamic range. The transponder satisfies the requirements of pico-satellite with the altitude less than 1 000 kin.
