摘要
目的:观察康复治疗对轻中度颅脑损伤患者Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数及神经功能恢复的影响。方法:将100例轻中度颅脑损伤患者随机分为观察组、对照组各50例。2组患者均给予神经外科各项常规治疗。观察组于患者生命体征平稳后给予高压氧治疗、体位疗法、运动疗法、针灸治疗等康复治疗。结果:Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数治疗后2组均明显增高(P<0.05),且观察组增高较对照组明显(P<0.05)。神经功能完全恢复率观察组为62.00%,对照组为40.00%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床恢复满意率观察组为96.00%,对照组为80.00%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复治疗可改善轻中度颅脑损伤患者Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数,有助于神经功能的恢复。
Objective： To explore the effects of rehabilitation therapy neurological function, Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index of patients with low to moderate craniocerebral injury. Method： One hundred patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group equally. Both groups received routine therapy. Patients of observation group were given with rehabilitation therapy which included hyperbaric oxygenation, postural therapy, exercise and acupuncture when they remained stable vital signs. Result： After treating Fugl-Meyer scale and Barthel indexes of both groups increased significantly （P〈0.05） and improvement of observation group was more significant than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Complete neurological recovery rate was 62.00%, higher than 40.00% of control group with statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Clinical recovery satisfaction rate of observation group was 96.00%, higher than 80.00% of control group with statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Rehabilitation therapy can improve Fugl-Meyer scale and Barthel indexes, helpful to the recovery of neurological function.
