摘要
我国普通高中教育在组织规模获得迅猛扩充的同时,却因同构化现象导致了严重危机,这主要表现在普通高中的办学理念"效率化"、组织规模"巨型化"、机构运行"科层化"以及管理手段"考试化"等方面。为积极应对普通高中教育危机,可相应地采取重识普通高中的基础教育性质、严限普通高中规模上限、彰显普通高中教育的专业属性,以及全面地评价普通高中等措施。
The rapid expansion of organization scale of general high school education in China has witnessed great isomorphism that has led to serious crises. The crises are embodied in the pursuit of maximal efficiency, large organization scale, bureaucratization of the system, and test-centered management in running general high schools. In order to deal with these crises effectively, such counter-measures should be taken accordingly as re-defining the basic nature of general high school education, limiting the maximum size of general high schools, highlighting their professional attributes, and evaluating general high schools comprehensively.
