盆栽和地栽牡丹年周期内元素间相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了比较盆栽和地栽方式的差异,以牡丹品种洛阳红为试材,测定了盆栽和地栽方式下不同生长期牡丹叶、新茎、老茎三部位的氮、磷、钾、钙、镁、铁、锰、铜、锌元素含量,并分析了同一部位年周期内各元素间的相关性。结果表明:元素含量在同一器官呈现一定的相关性。盆栽和地栽牡丹的叶片中相关元素对最多,其中氮与磷、铜,磷与锌,钙与铁,铜与锌的含量表现出显著或极显著正相关;其次为新茎,相关性一致的元素对有磷与钾(呈显著或极显著正相关),磷与钙(显著负相关)。但盆栽牡丹钾与钙的含量呈显著负相关,而在地栽牡丹新茎中钾与钙呈显著正相关,出现了差异。在老茎中,盆栽牡丹和地栽牡丹元素之间的相关性也出现了较大的差异。 In order to find out the differences between potted cultivation and field cultivation, peony variety "Luoyanghong" was taken as materials to determine the contents of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu, and Zn in leaf, new stem and old stem of peony at different growth periods under potted cultivation and field cultivation respectively, and the annual correlation among elements in the same position was analyzed. The results showed that there was a certain correlation among the contents of elements in the same organ. The correlated elements pair was the most in leaf of potted and filed cultivated peony, and there were significant or extremely significant positive correlation between the content of Ca and the contents of P, Cu and Fe, between the content of P and the content of Zn, between the content of Cu and the content of Zn; new stem had the second most pair of correlated elements, and the content of P showed significant positive correlation with the content of K, but showed significant negative correlation with the content of Ca. The content of K showed significant negative correlation with the content of Ca in potted peony, but the content of K showed significant positive correlation with the content of Ca in new stem of filed cultivated peony, so there was a difference showed between the two methods. Moreover, the correlation among elements in old stem of potted peony and field cultivated peony also showed a large difference.
