摘要
湖南牡丹属我国江南牡丹品种群。明清时期,先后形成湘西北以观赏牡丹为主和湘西南以药用牡丹为主的两个栽培中心。目前,全省约有21个牡丹品种,其中观赏牡丹品种12个,药用牡丹品种9个。湘西北的永顺县保存下来一批十分珍贵的古牡丹,长沙王陵公园建立了湖南首个本土牡丹专类园,为湖南牡丹品种资源的科学保护及开发利用创造了条件。
Peony in Hunan Province belongs to river south cultivar-group. The two cultivated center of ornamental peony mainly in northwestern Hunan and medical peony mainly in southwestern Hunan were formed in Ming and Qing dynasties. At present, there are about 21 varieties of peony in Hunan province, including 12 varieties of ornamental peony and 9 varieties of medical peony. A number of valuable old peonies were saved in Yongshun County, northwestern Hunan. And the first Hunan local specified peony garden was established in Changsha Wangling Park. That would provide the conditions for conservation and utilization of peony germplasm resources in Hunan Province.
