摘要
为了探索制备高效乳酸菌直投式发酵剂的最佳方法,从离心收集条件、干燥方法及冻干保护剂几个方面进行了研究,最终确定在转速为3 000 r/min条件下离心10 min收集菌体,而后用冷冻干燥法对菌泥进行干燥,并研究出了高效的复合冻干保护剂的配方为谷氨酸钠20 g/L、甘油30 mL/L和Vc 20 g/L,同时溶解于无菌脱脂乳中。采用此法成功地制备了性能优良的乳酸菌直投式发酵剂。
This study aimed to figure out the best approach to prepare Directed Vat Set (DVS) for lactobacillus (LAB), and the centrifugation condition, the drying method and the choosing of freeze,drying protective agent were studied. The results showed that the DVS for LAB with great performance can be prepared when centrifugation at 3 000 r/min for 10 min to collect thalli, and then the bacterial sludge were dried by freeze drying method, while using the final prescription of freeze-drying protective agent, which is simultaneously solving 20 g/L of sodium glutamate, 30mL/L of glycerol and 20 g/L of Vc to sterile skim milk.
