摘要
雷公藤所含萜类单体,如雷公藤甲素、雷公藤氯内酯醇、雷公藤内酯酮、南蛇藤素、扁蒴藤素具有独特的药理学作用,近年来国内外学者对上述五种萜类成分在炎症及免疫反应、神经系统、心血管系统、呼吸系统和肿瘤抑制等方面的药理学作用进行了广泛深入的研究。本研究对上述五种萜类成分的药理作用及分子机制进行了综述。
Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f is a commonly used traditional Chinese herb. A variety of active constituents have been extracted from Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f. Among the active constituents, celastrol, pristimerin, triptolide, tripchlorolide and triptonide possess various pharmacological effects on inflammatory and immune response, nervous system, cardiovascular system, respiratory system and cancer. This review provides a new overview of the pharmacological effects and molecular mechanisms of these five terpenoid.
