摘要
以TiC13/AlEt2Cl为引发体系,采用本体聚合法引发长链α-烯烃聚合,制备高减阻性能的油溶性减阻剂(DRA)。考察了各项因素对聚合反应的影响,最终确定最优化工艺条件。减阻剂环道减阻测试的结果表明,聚合物在环道中添加的质量浓度为10 ppm时,减阻率高达45.8%。
The paper gave presentation on preparation for Oil-Soluble Drag Reducing Agent with high drag-reduction performance,by taking TiC13/AlEt2Cl as an initiating system,by adoption of long chain α-olefin polymerization initiated by bulk polymerization.The impact of each factor on polymerization was surveyed,finally the optimization technological conditions were determined,and pilot-scale experiment of the product was completed.The result for loop drag-reduction test of drag reduction agent indicats that,in case the mass concentration of which polymer is added into loop is up to 10 ppm,drag reduction rate is as high as 45.8 %.
