摘要
对某原矿CaF2品位为17.32%的石英型萤石矿,使用自制新型耐低温捕收剂DW-1,在低温环境6℃下,采用"1粗1扫6精,中矿顺序返回"的浮选工艺流程,获得了萤石精矿CaF2品位为98.37%、回收率为80.12%的良好指标,其浮选效果优于油酸钠,且药剂用量较低。
A novel cold-resistant collector DW- 1 was investigated for the quartz-fluorite ore containing CaF2 17.32%. The beneficiation flowsheet consisting of one roughing, one scavenging, six cleaning and middlings recirculation was employed under 6℃ temperature. The CaF2 grade and recovery of fluorite concentrate achieved to 98.37% and 80.12% respectively. Compared with the sodium oleate, the dosage of DW-1 collector is less and the efficiency is higher.
