摘要
目的探讨护士分层管理下ABC内容分类教育模式在糖尿病健康教育中的应用效果。方法将100例2型糖尿病患者按入院时间分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采用传统教育模式进行教育,观察组采用护士分层管理下ABC内容分类的模式进行教育。结果出院时观察组患者知识得分及程度、糖尿病相关技能掌握情况显著优于对照组(均P<0.01);两组患者满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论护士分层管理下实施ABC内容分类的教育模式有助于提高健康教育效果。
Objective To investigate effects of priority-oriented,content-categorized educational model applied to diabetic education under hierarchical management of nurses. Methods One hundred patients with type 2 diabetes were assigned to an observation group and a control group according to chronological order,with 50 patients in each group.The control group were given traditional diabetic education,while their counterparts in the observation group received priority-oriented,content-categorized education: patients′ needs of diabetic knowledge were assessed,and their most important needs were satisfied prior to those less important;educational contents with different importance were provided by nurses under hierarchical management structure. Results Diabetic knowledge and practice skills in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P〈0.01 for all);there was no statistical difference in patient satisfaction between the two groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion Implement of priority-o-riented,content-categorized educational model under hierarchical management of nurses to diabetic education,can improve education effects.
