Nrf2 signaling pathway and molecular mechanisms regulating its activation

摘要 核因子Nrf2信号通路是目前发现的抵御外源性刺激和毒物的抗氧化应答反应的核心转录因子。胞质抑制蛋白Keap1、多种蛋白激酶介导的磷酸化、以及新近认识的胞核抑制因子Bach1等均参与Nrf2信号通路的调控。对该通路的调控很可能与多种生理功能、病理改变、疾病以及癌症等密切关联。 Nuclear factor Nrf2 signaling pathway has been discovered to be the core transcription factor to in-duce antioxidant responses to counteract numerous exogenous irritants and toxicants. Cytoplastic inhibitory protein Keapl, multiple protein kinases induced phosphorylation, as well as the newly recognized nuclear inhibitor Bach1 could all play a part in the regulation of Nrf2 pathway. Regulation of this signaling pathway tends to be closely relat-ed to a variety of physical functions, pathological injuries, diseases, as well as cancers.
