摘要
分析了乳品加工企业科技创新的基本概念、乳品加工科技创新类型和乳品加工企业创新面临的新特点以及影响乳品加工企业科技创新能力的因素。在此基础上,运用模糊综合评价方法建立了乳品加工企业科技创新能力综合评判体系,该模型将乳品加工企业的科技创新能力划分为4个等级,利用德尔菲法和数据统计得到评价体系中的数据,并对数据进行拟合运算,最后得出乳品加工企业科技创新能力的等级。在分析了乳品加工企业面临的内外环境之后,结合乳品加工企业科技创新能力影响因素,提出了提升乳品加工企业科技创新能力的对策与建议。
The basic concepts of scientific and technological innovation in dairy processing enterprises,type of dairy science and technology innovation,and new features of innovation in dairy processing were analyzed.Based on it,a comprehensive evaluation system of science and technology innovation ability in dairy processing enterprises was established,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Dairy processing enterprises’ technological innovation ability was divided into four levels in the model,using the Delphi method and the statistical evaluation system to get the data,and carried on the fitting operation to the data,and finally arrived at scientific and technological innovation level of the dairy processing enterprises.After the analysis of external environment dairy processing enterprises facing,combined with the effects factors,recommendations for improving the ability of technological innovation in dairy product processing enterprises were made.
