响应面法优化石榴皮中原花青素提取工艺 被引量:5

Optimization of Extraction Technology of Oligomeric Proantho-cyanidins from Punica granatun Peel Using Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以原花青素提取液的吸光度(A550 nm)为指标,在单因素试验的基础上运用响应面试验考察乙醇溶液体积分数、料液比、提取时间和提取温度对石榴(Punica granatun)皮中原花青素提取率的影响。结果表明,石榴皮中原花青素的最佳提取工艺为乙醇溶液体积分数73%、料液比1∶28(m∶V,g/mL)、提取时间73min、提取温度80℃,采用高效液相色谱法测得此条件下所得石榴皮中原花青素的提取率为126.68 mg/g。 Response surface methodology was adopted to study the effects of volume fraction of ethanol solution,material to solvent ratio,extraction time and extraction temperature on the extraction yield of oligomeric proantho-cyanidins(OPC) from Punica granatun peel based on single factor design using A550 nm of the extracting solution as an indicator.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were,volume fraction of ethanol solution,73%;solid to liquid ratio 1∶28(m∶V,g/mL),extraction time,73 min;and extraction temperature,80 ℃.According to HPLC analysis,that the yield of OPC under these conditions was 126.68 mg/g.
