摘要
采用微孔板法和稀释法研究龙葵(Solanum nigrum)果不同极性提取物对变异链球菌(Streptococcus mutans)和大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)的体外抑菌作用。结果显示龙葵果乙醇和水提取物对变异链球菌的生长有一定抑制作用;乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、乙醇及水提取物对变异链球菌生物膜形成有一定的抑制作用;氯仿、乙酸乙酯提取物对大肠杆菌生物膜形成有不同程度的抑制作用,浓度为1.0 mg/mL时,抑制率分别为89.24%、80.27%。
Microwell plate method and double dilution method were used to investigate the in vitro antibacterial effect of the different solvent extracts from Solanum nigrum fruit on Streptococcus mutans and Escherichia coli.The results showed that the ethanol extract and water extract had partial inhibition on the growth of Stretopcoccus mutans;and the ethyl acetate extract,n-butanol extract,ethanol extract and water extract had partial inhibition on the biofilm formation of Stretopcoccus mutans.The chloroform extract and ethyl acetate extract had inhibition on the biofilm formation of Escherichia coli,the inhibitory rate of them(at concentrations of 1.0 mg/mL) was 89.24%,80.27%,respectively.
