摘要
企业文化与校园文化本是两个领域内的文化表现,但两者内涵上有相同之处,而且目前高职教育中的校企合作尤其是职业技能大赛为企业文化融入高职校园文化提供了前提条件。高职院校要以技能大赛为契机,通过邀请企业观摩、参与、提供设备、充当裁判等多种方式,让企业文化在校园中充分展示并融入高职校园文化中,建设崇技尚能的高职新校园文化。
Enterprise culture and campus culture, two cultures in different areas, have something in common with each other in their connotations. At present, school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education, especially the skills competition provides conditions for enterprise culture integrating into campus culture. Higher vocational colleges should take the opportunity of skills competition to let the enterprise culture fully show on campus and integrate into campus culture through inviting enterprises to visit, participate, provide equipment and work as referee. Thus a new higher vocational campus culture advocating skills and abilities can be constructed.
