摘要
校企合作的深度融合,是激活职业教育内涵提升的核心力量,在校企合作过程中,职业院校校园文化必须与企业文化有效对接。只有把握了对接的系统性、实效性、特色性、参与性、创新性原则,坚持人才培养、专业设置、课程建设、实训基地、就业指导、人才评估、教师学识、岗位培训等与企业的零距离对接,才能使职业院校培养的人才更受企业的青睐,从而畅通学生的就业渠道。
The connected of schools and enterprises is the core force to improve vocational education connotation.In the process, the culture of schools must be combined with enterprises culture effectively. In order to open widely the channels of employment for the students and make them favored by the enterprises, the culture of the vocational colleges and schools should be connected with that of the enterprises in such aspects as personnel training, course construction, training bases, careers education, talent assessment, teachers knowledge and job training, etc. in a systematie, effective and innovative way with its characteristics.
