摘要
45钢材料的焊接性能较差,当其与Q235B钢材料焊接时,如焊接参数及焊接工艺选择不当,焊接后焊缝易出现淬硬组织,因此在实际焊接过程中易出现开裂现象。对两种材料采用不同焊接材料及不同的焊接工艺进行研究,并对焊接接头的性能进行分析,结合实际情况,总结出切实可行的焊接工艺。
45 steel has a poor welding performance. When it is welded together with Q235B steel, hardened organization is easy to appear in weld joints if improper welding parame- ters and welding technologies are selected. Therefore, the crack phenomenon likely to occur in actual welding process. In this paper, the different welding materials and welding technologies which applied to shaft and radial plates are researched, the performance of welding connections is analyzed~ and the practicable welding technology is summarized.
