摘要
通过对电力互感器结构及生产工艺的研究 ,研制了一套针对电力互感器的结构特点的高频钎焊工艺和专用夹具。该工艺和设备的使用大大提高了生产效率、降低了工人的劳动强度 ,同时也使得电力互感器的内在质量和生产工艺水平上了一个新的台阶。
In this paper, with the analyze of the construction and manufacture technics of inductor,a high frequency brazing technics and it's specialized equipment is developed. Productive efficiency is greatly advanced and the laboring intensity is greatly reduced since using this technics and equipment.The quality and the level of manufacture technics in inductor are advanced at the same time.
