摘要
冰雪体育是北方高校体育的重要组成部分,探讨冰雪体育文化特征有助于大学生优秀社会品质的塑造。通过对冰雪体育文化健身性、娱乐性、竞争性、教育性和规范性等特征的论述,总结出其对大学生身心健康发展的促进、健康生活方式的养成、团结合作公平竞争精神品质的培养、踏实做人的人格品质的铸造和遵纪守法的良好行为习惯的养成等优秀社会品质的塑造具有积极的影响和深远的意义。
As the ice -snow sports is an important part of northern universities＇physical education, it＇s help- ful for developing the undergraduates＇well social quality to discuss the ice - snow sports culture trait. By an- alyzing the ice -snow sports culture trait of healthiness, reereativeness, competitiveness, educativeness and normativity, the paper concludes that the ice -snow sports culture trait has positive influence and profound significance of developing the undergraduates＇well social quality by improving their physical and psychologi- cal health into a healthy lifestyle, developing their spirit of cooperation and fair competition, casting their practical personality and good behavior habits in legal compliance.
