摘要
随着经济迅速发展,快速城市化带来的多种问题日益加剧。其中,大型专业市场在建设及扩张方面是表现得较为明显的一个例子。论文借重庆五金机电国际物流园的规划设计这一契机,在现状物流业的发展背景下,从地块价值、生态化、信息化等理念出发,基于新城市形象整体塑造、商业模式下的交通及停车等设计策略,探讨新型超大型专业市场及物流园区等集群式建筑的设计方法,同时,寻求建筑与城市新型空间结构的营造之间存在的联系,提出更为具体、适用的城市发展设计策略。
Following the rapid economic development,many problems appeared and turned to be more serious because of the fast-urbanization.Mass special market is just one case,which expressed obviously on expansion and development.Based on the opportunity of the general plan of International Logistics Park of Mechanical-Electronic Hardware in Chongqing,and under the background of the development of modern logistics,the author tries to discuss the design theories and methods on new-type mega commercial and logistics park with the concepts of site value,ecologization and informationization.These theories and methods are also bathed on the design strategies of holistic new-urban figure,commercial transportation and parking.Meanwhile,the author tries to search for the relationships between architecture and construction of the urban spacial structure,and brings forward detailed and proper design strategy of the urban development.
