摘要
世界经济在不断发展,随之而来的是环境条件的日益恶化,威胁着人类的生存空间,而应对环境变化的根本解决途径是建立有效的低碳效能社会。通过低碳的城市景观生态技术的研究,构建生态修复、有机循环、平衡共生等多元的规划设计体系,并通过行为引导及教育,促进城市环境的发展迈向低碳时代。
The world economic development,environmental conditions,constantly deteriorating space that is endangering the survival of mankind,the fundamental solutions to environmental change is to establish effective low carbon efficiency society.Through the low carbon urban landscape ecological technology research,constructing ecological restoration,organic cycle,the balance of the planning and design of symbiotic system,and through education,promote behavior guide and the development of city environment to low carbon era.
