摘要
目的:了解本社区慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的家庭氧疗状况。方法:采用问卷方法对48例COPD患者家庭氧疗认知及使用情况进行调查。结果:家庭氧疗的使用率仅为8.3%,使用时间肺康复2～10 h,导致家庭氧疗使用率低下的原因包括患者、家属、医护人员以及社会等多方面因素。结论:应加强对COPD患者及家属、医护人员家庭氧疗的宣传教育,并加强社会支持,提高COPD患者家庭氧疗的使用率。
Objective： To learn the situation of the oxygen therapy of the patients with COPD at home in the community. Method： The cognition and application of oxygen therapy of 48 cases with COPD at home in the community were investigated with the questionnaires. Result： The use rate of home oxygen therapy was 8.3% and its using time was 2-10 hours. The causes of low using oxygen therapy at home included patients, family members, the health personal and the social factors. Conclusion： The health education of oxygen therapy at home should be strengthened to the patients with COPD, family members, and the health personnel and the society should support to enhance the utilization rate of the oxygen therapy at home.
