摘要
目的探讨家庭氧疗配合康复训练指导对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病的影响。方法按随机数字表法将我院2017年1—6月期间收治的84例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者分为两组各42例,对照组采用家庭氧疗实施治疗,观察组则使用家庭氧疗配合康复训练指导,比较两组患者干预前后的肺功能、生活质量、治疗总有效率以及血气指标。结果两组患者在干预前,肺功能各项指标均无明显区别,P>0.05;观察组干预后肺功能各指标优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组和对照组生活质量干预前对比无差异,P>0.05;观察组干预后生活质量评分高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组和对照组干预前血气指标对比无差异,P>0.05;观察组干预后血气指标优于对照组,P<0.05。结论对老年慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者采用家庭氧疗配合康复训练指导,能够有效提升治疗效果,避免不良情况出现,改善患者情绪,在临床上显示出卓越成效。
Objective To study the impact of home oxygen therapy plus rehabilitation training in elderly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients.Methods 84 elderly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients(from January to June 2017)were chosen and grouped by lottery method,42 cases in each group.The control group received the home oxygen therapy;the observation group received the home oxygen therapy and rehabilitation training.Pulmonary function,life quality,total effective rate and blood gas analysis indicators were compared.Results Before intervention,pulmonary function indicators between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after intervention,pulmonary function indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05);before intervention,life quality scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after intervention,life quality scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);before intervention,blood gas analysis indicators between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after intervention,blood gas analysis indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Home oxygen therapy combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the adverse reactions and relieve patient’s negative emotions.
