摘要
在分析社会支持的概念和种类的基础上,提出社会支持对高校青年教师教学专业发展的意义,采用自编问卷对115例高校青年教师教学专业发展与社会支持情况进行调查,发现了青年教师教学困难排序为首位情况,理想支持主体以及实际支持主体排序为首位情况,寻求支持主动性与获得实际支持关联情况,并对相关重点问题进行了探讨,同时提出促进高校青年教师教学专业发展的建议。
With the analysis of the concept and sorts of social support, the significance of social support to young college teachers' professional teaching development is put forward. 115 college young teachers are questioned on professional teaching development and social support. The young teachers' teaching difficulties ranked first. The ideal and real supporting main body also ranked first. The conjoint important problems are explored, and the proposals of improving the level of college young teachers teaching professional development are provided at the same time.
