介绍了某工具箱塑料盖注射模设计,模具采用定模斜推杆进行内侧抽芯,型腔内空气从排气杆周边的间隙排出,斜推杆和推杆均采用橡胶复位机构复位,模具冷却系统设计合理,导向定位系统工作可靠,成型的塑件由推块和推杆联合推出,模具工作稳定,生产的塑件质量良好。
An injection mould for a plastic toolbox cover was developed in which slanted ejector pins at fixed half was used for the inside core-pulling, gaps around the push rods for exhausting the air in cavity and rubber for the advance resetting of slanted and normal ejector pins. The molded products were jointly stripped by the ejector pads and pins.
