介绍了基于MasterCAM的注塑模设计与制造的流程,并以一个塑料盖为实例,具体叙述了塑件的几何造型、型芯和型腔设计及数控编程与加工的过程。该方法对注塑模具的设计与制造有一定的参考价值。
It introduces the process of injection mould design and machining based on MasterCAM and then gives an applicative example of plastic cover, explains about moulding of plastic piece, design of core and cavity, NC programming and machining. It is worth being consulted in the design and machining of injection mould.
