摘要
为了拓宽转杯纱的应用范围 ,提高成纱质量 ,从生产实践中总结、分析了针织、机织及牛仔布用转杯纱的纺纱要求。针织用纱配棉成分要求最高 ,且成分要稳定 ;转杯纺工艺流程应根据配棉成分、织物要求合理选择 ;随着纱线号数的减小 ,纺杯直径减小 ,转杯纱捻系数增大 ,清纱工艺参数从严 ,针织用纱要求最高 ,牛仔布用纱要求最低 ;同时 ,还述及了高、中、低档织物所用转杯纱各级纱疵的数值范围。
In order to develop the application scope,improve the yarn quality,this paper summarized and analysed the spinning demand on the OE yarn used in knitting,weaving and denim fabric,this is based on the production practice.The knitting yarn demands the assortment is most strict and stable,the processing of rotor spinning must be optimized by the requirement of assortment and the fabrics,by the decreasing of the yarn count,the diameter of rotor is decreased,the twist factor is increased,the parameters of clearing processing is strict,the demands of knitting yarn is most strict,and the demands of denim fabric is most slack.At the same time,this paper narrated the numerical value scope of all OE yarn defects used in fabrics in all grades.
