摘要 为提高粗号转杯纱质量,从原料、工艺配置、温湿度管理等方面分析论述了各项技术措施,指出:采用低等级纤维原料生产粗号转杯纱应根据纺纱质量要求合理选配原料,注意保持成分主体稳定,减少纤维马克隆值差异;针对配棉特性,正确选择工艺路线及前纺各工序工艺参数;合理配置转杯纺转杯直径、速度、分梳辊型号、导流槽角度等工艺参数,控制好机台负压,并加强各工序温湿度管理,才能够使粗号转杯纱质量及生产水平得到进一步提高,满足使用需求,获得更好的经济效益。 To increase coarse count rotor yarn quality, from the aspects of raw material, processing setting, temperature and humidity management et al, each technology measures were discussed. It is pointed out that raw material should be selected rationally according to yarn quality demands, main indexes of cotton should be kept stable, difference of fiber Micronaire value should be reduced when spinning coarse rotor by lower grade fiber. Processing line and fore-spinning processing parameter should be selected correctly according cotton assorting characteristics. Processing parameter of rotor diameter, speed, combing roller model and splitter groove angle should be set rationally, negative pressure should be con- trolled well, management of temperature and humidity in each process should be strengthened, finally quality and production level of coarse rotor yarn could be increased, use demands and better economic benefit could be realized.
