摘要
在目前高等教育大众化的背景下,高校扩招规模增大,使大学生就业问题日益严峻。大学生能否顺利毕业,不仅关系到学生自我价值能否实现,同时也关系到高等教育的发展以及社会的和谐稳定。因此,高度重视大学生就业能力的培养是解决大学生就业问题、保证大学生顺利就业的重要途径。文章从论述就业能力的概念开始,在分析了目前我国大学生就业能力培养现状的基础上,从政府、高校、企业、学生四个角度提出了改进大学生就业能力培养的策略。
At present higher education popularity background, the expansion of higher education scale increased problem of university students＂ employment is more and more serious. College students can be successfully graduate, is not only related to whether the students＂ self value realization, but also related to the development of higher educa- tion and social harmony and stability. Therefore, attaches great importance to the cultivation of university students＂ employment ability is to solve the problem of university students＇employment, ensure the smooth employment college students of important ways. This paper discusses the concept to employment ability, in the analysis of the current sit- uation in college students＇employment ability training, on the basis of the government, universities, enterprises from four perspectives, students were proposed to improve the university students＂ employment ability training strategy.
