摘要
目的:探讨模拟病房与标准化病人(简称SP),应用在临床实习中的可行性与重要性。方法:将2006级本科实习生进行分组,实验组30名、对照组30名,把模拟病房与SP结合,应用于临床实习中,评价教学效果。结果:实验组与对照组考核得分相比:人文关怀与沟通技巧、病史采集、体格检查、病案分析综合能力都有显著性差异P<0.05。结论:模拟病房与标准化病人结合在呼吸内科临床实习中应用,能够提高教学效果。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility and importance of application of simulation ward and standardized patients (SP) combined with clinical practice. Methods: The undergraduate interns of grade 2006 were divided into two groups were divided into two groups, the experimental group of 30 and the control group of 30. Both groups applied the simulation ward and the standardized patients combined with the clinical practice and both were assessed at the end of practice to evaluate further the teaching effectiveness. Results: To compare the final score of the experimental group and the control group, significant differences are found in the following aspects: humanistic care and communication skills, history taking, physical examination, medical record analysis, the theoretical knowledge examinations with the data of P 〈 0.05. Conclusion: The application of simulation ward and standardized patients (SP) combined with the clinical practice can improre teaching effectivness.
