本文介绍了超大面积的全彩显示屏的关键器件——LED发光二极管的整体解决方案,总结了超大面积全彩显示屏LED的关键指标,以及此LED的设计及封装生产方案,对于控制和提高超大面积的全彩显示屏的制作和性能有比较大的指导意义。
This paper introduces the integrated solution of the light-emitting diode （LED）, which is the key component of the large full-color display screen. The critical indicators of the LEDs used in full-color display screen are summarized in this article, as well as the design of the LED packaging. The paper has a great guiding significance for controlling and enhancing the properties of the large full-color display screen.
